Our autoclaves are compact, easy to install and have all the necessary technology to simulate most of the conditions with which an industrial autoclave works. With them you will be able to perform a wide variety of R&D tests as they allow accurate control of multiple parameters and have all the necessary accessories to carry out several applications.

All TERRA Food-Tech ® autoclaves can regulate their cycles using the following parameters:
Adjustable temperature between 50 and 130ºC
Temperature regulation by flexible heart probe or chamber probe
Adjustable pressure support up to 2.1 Barg
Programs with up to 5 initial and 5 final segments, independently adjustable by time, pressure and temperature
Regulation by F0 and P0 values, with additional registry of Σ%F0 and Σ%P0
Adjustable water filling cycles by number and duration
